You can customize sending SMS messages and calls to your customers. To do this you will need to get a phone number through the Sales Jet platform. You cannot use your current phone numbers in Sales Jet.

How to connect a phone number

You will be able to set two types of events:

  • Incoming SMS
  • Incoming phone call

After you have created an event, add an action: a response SMS message or another action. You can set up call forwarding to another number or compose an automatic message for the caller.
